Join leading experts and researchers for the FAIR Brain Data Science Bootcamp, a hands-on training event focused on tools and workflows for neuroscience research.
Dates: 11–13 May 2026
Location: Karolinska Institutet, Sweden
During this immersive bootcamp, participants will learn how to:
– Explore multiscale brain atlases using siibra and Voluba
– Analyze electrophysiology data with Neo and Elephant
– Share and manage neuroscience data using EBRAINS Data & Knowledge Services
– Work with real datasets and Jupyter notebooks to develop reproducible workflows
– Perform large-scale brain simulations using The Virtual Brain platform
– Build practical programming skills in the Python for Neuroscientists course
Special sessions include:
Python for Neuroscientist: An introduction to Python programming for analyzing neuroscience datasets, working with scientific libraries, and building reproducible analysis workflows.
The Virtual Brain: A workshop on computational modeling and whole-brain simulations to understand large-scale brain dynamics and support translational neuroscience research.
